LKCM Radio Group in Fort WorthTexas is seeking a Promotions Director to oversee Promotions for 95.9FM The Ranch, and Country Legends 92.1FM. Our highly visible showcase studios are located in Sundance Square, Downtown Fort Worth. The stations are highly involved in community and local events including our annual signature events, Ranch Bash and Legends Fest.
Promotions Director’s duties will include: Working with other Station Managers on the development and execution of all station promotions, Guiding strategic planning meetings with the station’s General Sales Managers and Program Directors and will hire, train and manage a large part-time promotions staff.
Must have an extremely flexible schedule to attend and manage all major station promotions. Good management and organizational skills are a must.
Required Skills:
Two years experience in Broadcast Promotions or Marketing preferable.
Ability to work under tight deadlines with some nights and weekends.
Good writing skills and familiarity with Proposal presentations.
