Purpose: greet telephone callers,visitors, clients, and listeners. Clerical and Administrative support to the Station President, Business Office, Promotions, Programming, and Sales departments. Additional Description & Duties....
Business Office Administration - Answer phones, mail/stamp monthly billing, date stamp and distribute daily mail received, prepare and schedule DHL and FedEx pickups, create online weekly affidavits, handle bank deposits, assist website updates, maintain employee and visitor areas (kitchen, conference roon, & green room), orther miscellaneous administrative tasks.
Promotional / Programming & Sales - support Programming Department with artist information, music, etc, assist Promotions Department with projects including: create remote tubs, manage prize sheets and will call lists, mail event prizes, and more.
