There are several songs out there - new and old - that have names as song titles, but what happens when you change the name? Would these songs even exist?? Rick Springfield said that "Jessie's Girl" was inspired by a real-life girl, who was dating a guy named Gary.  Can you imagine listening to Gary's Girl?? How about Changing Fancy to Nancy??
