How To Win:

The Ranch will designate a school every week between August 27, 2018 – November 2, 2018.  The Ranch High School of the week will be invited in studio Friday morning of their designated week to highlight the school, faculty and student body.  A 95.9 The Ranch personality will attend that schools pep rally and football game as well that week.  While in studio, at the Pep Rally and Game, the 95.9 The Ranch personnel will look for the school to demonstrate their Ranch and School spirit through signage, cheers, skits, etc.

Winning School Announcement:

One winning school will be announced Friday, November 9th. The station will conduct all contests as described in these Official Rules.  The Station reserves the right to amend or update the rules at any time. Entrants understand any information provided will be used in accordance to the Station’s Privacy Policy found at www.959theranch.com.

Employees, agents or affiliates of the Station, LKCM Radio Group LP, Texas Motor Speedway, Speedway Motorsports, Inc. or participating sponsors along with their immediate family or household members are not eligible for participation.  Immediate family includes but is not limited to: spouses, parents, children, siblings, grandchildren, and grandparents.

Winners will be selected by Station’s sole discretion.  If it is deemed that a candidate is ineligible for prize receipt in the Station’s judgment another candidate will be selected based on contest criteria.  In the event that no candidate meets the contest criteria the prize will go un-awarded.  In the event of a tie the winner will be determined by the sole discretion of the station.  All decisions of the Sponsor or Administrator are final.

The Station, all sponsors and affiliates have no liability for any injury or damage to either persons or property incurred by entering or participating in any contest and/or the use of any prize.

The station reserves the right to disqualify or render ineligible any entry based on its sole discretion.  Subject to the laws of the State of Texas.

By participating, all Entrants give the Station, Sponsors and affiliates unrestricted rights to any photos, video, recordings, information collected in relation to the contest for promotional or any use it deems appropriate without compensation.  By participating all entrants are agreeing to the Official Rules.
