Kevin Harvick breaking out of the gates with two dominating days to start 2018.  After leading 181 laps and winning at Atlanta, Harvick followed that up by winning both stages and the race at Las Vegas.  The #4 car was out front for all but 53 laps on Sunday in the desert. He easily held off Kyle Busch who ran a season-best second. Kyle Larson finished third at Vegas, Martin Truex Jr. fourth, and Ryan Blaney rounded out the top five. Jimmie Johnson started from the back because of inspection issues in qualifying. Johnson was lapped early, but rallied to a twelfth place finish, easily his best in the first three weeks.
