Singer-songwriter Hayes Carll has released his sixth album, titled “What It Is” on Dualtone Records.  17 years after the release of his 2002 debut album “Flowers & Liquor”, Hayes Carll continues to solidify himself as one of the top songwriters in the state of Texas.  His new album “What It Is”, was co-produced by Brad Jones and Allison Moorer (who co-wrote six of the twelve songs and sings on four of them), and is getting much deserved national recognition.  This first single released off the album “None’ya”, topped the Americana Music Charts.
