For the second time this year Kevin Harvick swept all three stages of a race, and he notched his Cup Series leading fourth win of the season at Dover. After a 41 minute red flag for rain, Harvick wasted little time in passing teammate Clint Bowyer for the lead. He wound up stretching that to a nearly seven-and-a-half second advantage by the end. Bowyer led 40 laps but settled for second. Daniel Suarez matched a career best with a third place finish. Martin Truex Jr. was fourth and Kurt Busch fifth. Harvick, Bowyer, and Busch gave Stewart Haas Racing three cars in the top five for the first time in company history.
