How to Enter

No purchase necessary.  Registration begins Dec 7, 2023 and ends Dec 16, 2023.  Visit the 95.9 the Ranch booth located at Cowboy Channel Cowboy Christmas inside the as Vegas Convention center and scan the QR code to enter.

Limit 1 entry during the contest dates. This means that you, personally, can only enter once per entry period.  If you enter more than once, only the first entry will be considered.

How to Win

Daily Prize – Each day between Dec 7, 2023 and Dec 16, 2023 a person who entered that day will be randomly contacted via text at approximately 3pm.  That person will need to reply and pick up the prize from the 95.9 the Ranch booth by Dec 16 at 4pm to redeem.  Winning a daily prize does not take person out of the Grand Prize drawing.

Grand Prize – On, Dec 18, 2023, one entry will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.  That person will be contacted via email and given 24 hours to respond with proof of identity.  If there is no reply another entry will be contacted via email and it will carry on in that manner until a winner is established based on the rules of the contest.

1. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. 
2. The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, age 21 or older at the time of entry. Void outside of the United States and where prohibited. 
3. Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable to another individual, except to a surviving spouse of the winner. There is no substitution, transfer or cash equivalent for prizes, except that the Administrator or Sponsors may, at its sole discretion, substitute any prize, or portion of a prize, a prize of comparable value or cash. Any difference between stated approximate retail and actual value of prize will not be awarded. ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT).
4. Sponsor(s) make no warranties with regard to the prizes. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions of prize allowed by winners, but Sponsor(s) reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value due to prize unavailability. Prizes are not redeemable by winner for cash value.
5. The prize winner and/or his/her guest on the trip is responsible for compliance with all federal, state and/or local laws and regulations that apply, including, without limitation, payment of applicable taxes, fees or surcharges. 
6. All expenses not specifically provided for in the “Prize” section below are the responsibility of the prize winner and/or guest.
7. All transportation including airfare, ground travel to and from airport are the responsibility solely of winner.
8. Entrants agree that any information provided will be used in accordance with the LKCM Radio Group’s Privacy Policy (https://www.959theranch.com/rules-and-regulations/).
9. Employees, agents and/or affiliates of LKCM Radio Group, and/or Sponsors, along with their immediate families and/or household members, are not eligible to enter the contest.  Immediate family includes, but is not necessarily limited to, spouses, parents, children, siblings, grandchildren, and grandparents.
10. LKCM Radio Group has sole discretion to render ineligible or disqualify any entrant or qualifier and to proceed with the contest as it determines appropriate.  
11. If no person, entrant, or qualifier meets the contest criteria, the prize will go unawarded. 
12. This prize must be used in 2024. Winner must be able to use them within the 2024 calendar year.  If winner is unable to use in 2024, no substitute prize will be provided.   
13. LKCM Radio Group is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues in the entry or selection process, including, but not limited to, phone or internet service outages, computer or phone difficulties, and delays.  Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited.
14. The Administrator is solely responsible for conducting the contest and awarding the prize. Entrants agree that the Administrator is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, or misdirected entries, or any technical malfunctions of the telephone network and/or transmission line, computer online system, computer equipment, hardware, software, or any email failure, including failure due to traffic congestion on the internet or website, or any combination thereof, or any entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), tampered with, garbled, incomplete, misdirected, lost, mutilated, delayed, corrupted, mechanically duplicated, illegible, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Entrants also agree that the Administrator and the Sponsors are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to an entrant’s or third person’s phone or computer related to or resulting from Sweepstakes and its prizes, including without limitation any server failure; lost, delayed, or corrupted data; or other malfunction.
15. The Administrator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway in the event of any act, occurrence, or reason that would corrupt the integrity, administration, or fairness of the Giveaway in its sole discretion, including without limitation significant technical difficulties such as those caused by viruses, hacking, unauthorized intervention or fraud. If the Giveaways are terminated before the end date, the Administrator will select the winners by random drawing from among all eligible non-suspect entries received as of the termination time/date. Neither Administrator nor Sponsors is responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Giveaway, or in the announcement of any prize.
16. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Administrator and Sponsors, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and other individuals engaged in the development or execution of this Giveaway, from any liability, claims, losses, and damages arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize received in the Giveaway including without limitation liability for personal injury or death. All causes of action arising out of or connected with the Giveaway or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs. You expressly waive all claims for punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages.
17. By participating, all entrants give permission (except where prohibited), for Sponsors and its designees to use the winner’s name, voice, image, likeness, photographs, statements, biographical information and any other personal characteristics, in any and all media now or hereafter known, for any purpose, including without limitation advertising, marketing, promotional and/or publicity purposes, without additional compensation to such winner
18. By entering the Giveaway, you agree to these rules (“Official Rules”) and agree that the decisions of the Administrator and Sponsors are binding in all respects. You agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, Texas without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
