Country music legend Willie Nelson is still at it.  He’s set to release a 14-song album on his 89th birthday on April 29th.  The album was produced by Buddy Cannon, who not only producers almost all of Willie’s albums, but is also a prolific songwriter himself.  Cannon’s songs have been covered by the likes of George Strait, Vern Gosdin and Mel Tillis.

Willie’s album, titled “A Beautiful Time”, features covers of The Beatles’ “With a Little Help from My Friends” and Leonard Cohen’s “Tower of Song.” The first song on the album, “I’ll Love You Till the Day I Die” was written by Chris Stapleton and Rodney Crowell.
